Acknowledgements <br />Ersoylu Consulting wishes to acknowledge the strong support received from dozens of individuals with <br />whom we worked during the course of this project. This report was made possible with support from the <br />staff and members of the following: City of Santa Ana Parks, Recreation & Community Services Agency, <br />Santa Ana Youth Commission, EPIC Commission, Santa Ana Police Department, Community <br />Development Agency, Orange County Probation Department, Santa Ana Unified School District and <br />Orange County Healthcare Agency.
