Acknowledgements Ersoylu Consulting wishes to acknowledge the strong support received from dozens of individuals with whom we worked during the course of this project. This report was made possible with support from the staff and members of the following: City of Santa Ana Parks, Recreation & Community Services Agency, Santa Ana Youth Commission, EPIC Commission, Santa Ana Police Department, Community Development Agency, Orange County Probation Department, Santa Ana Unified School District and Orange County Healthcare Agency.
