Acquisition of Right-of-Way for the Dyer/Redhill <br /> Intersection Widening Project <br /> January 4, 2010 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Partial acquisitions of the property at 2600 S. Redhill Avenue (a hotel <br /> facility operated by Candlewood Suites) and at 2850 S. Redhill Avenue (a <br /> professional office complex operated by PJMB Commercial) are required <br /> (Exhibit 1). Each acquisition impacts only a portion of the property, <br /> with no impacts to existing buildings. Included in the acquisition of <br /> both properties is the area needed for a temporary landscape easement. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br /> <br /> project has been determined to be adequately evaluated in the previously <br /> <br /> prepared EIR approved by the City of Irvine in 1992. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
