BILLBOARDS AND SIGNS (8.129N) <br />LESSEE agrees not to construct, maintain, or allow billboards or <br />outdoor advertising signs upon the Leased Land; except, contrary <br />to Resolutions F60-23 and Fo0--65 of the Board of Supervisors of <br />LESSOR, which prohibit outdoor advertising signs on LESSOR'S properties, <br />two such signs complying with all local ordinances and approved <br />by the Chief Engineer will be erm e o a se the golf <br />course operated within the Joint Leasehold. <br />32. TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS (4.89N) <br />All taxes and assessments which become due and payable upon the <br />Leased~Land or upon fixtures, equipment, or other property con- <br />structed or placed thereon, shall be the responsibility of LESSEE. <br />LESSEE shall cause said taxes and assessments to be promptly <br />paid. <br />33. HOLDING OVER (4.89N) <br />In the event LESSEE shall hold over after the term herein provided, <br />such holding over shall be a tenancy from month to month and shall <br />be governed by the same conditions and covenants as contained in <br />this Lease. <br />34. ABANDONMENT (4.89N) <br />If LESSEE should ab andon the Leased Land or be dispossessed by <br />process of law or othervrise, ownership of any personal property <br />belonging to LESSEE and left on the premises sixty (60) days <br />after such abandonment or dispossession shall be deemed to have <br />been transferred to LESSOR. LESSOR shall have the right to remove <br />and to dispose of said personal property without liability to <br />LESSEE or to any person claiming under LESSEE and shall have no <br />need to account therefor. <br />35. NON-DISCRII~ZINATION (5.19N) <br />LESSEE agrees not to discriminate against any person or class of <br />persons by reason of sex, race, color, creed, or national origin. <br />LESSEE shall make its facilities and services available to the <br />public on fair and reasonable terms . <br />36. NOTICES (4.89N) <br />Any notices given or to be given by either party to this Lease <br />to the other shall be written and shall be mailed or delivered to <br />the appropriate party at the address for that party set forth below <br />or at such other address as that party may hereafter designate by <br />written notice. • <br />LESSOR: <br />LESSEE: <br />Chief Engineer River View Golf <br />Orange County Flood Control District 1800 West 22nd Street <br />P.
