Previous Member Outreach -develop and implement outreach to all appropriate <br /> previous members; create and distribute invite; coordinate all follow-up and <br /> recruitment <br /> b. New Member Outreach -research and develop list of prospective new members; <br /> create and distribute invite; coordinate all follow-up and recruitment <br /> c. Orientation Meeting -plan and conduct orientation meeting and presentation for <br /> secured advisory group participants <br /> d. Media Announcement -develop and distribute press release announcing advisory <br /> board members <br /> e. Web Site -announce and promote advisory committee members through site. <br /> Responsibilities: <br /> WBC shall: <br /> a. Identify invite prospects <br /> b. Execute all task elements <br /> Santa Ana shall: <br /> a. Review and approve invite prospects list <br /> b.
