Section 2. The following entitlements are hereby extended for a period of one (1) <br />year from the date of this Resolution: <br />A. Conditional Use Permit No. 2006-12, and <br />B. Minor Exception No. 2006-04. <br />This decision is based upon the evidence submitted, which includes but is not <br />limited to the Request for Council Action dated March 1, 2010 and exhibits attached <br />thereto, and any public testimony, all of which are incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 3.
