Contract Award For Traffic Signal <br />Installations and Modification at Four Locations <br />April 5, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />A total of nine bids were received and all were responsive. The lowest bid was submitted by <br />Lincoln Pacific Builders, Inc., for $673,515 which is below the Engineer's estimate of $1,099,658. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />Environmental Review Nos. 2008 -09, 2008 -07, 2008 -05 and 2008 -04 have been completed. <br />Categorical Exemptions were filed for these projects pursuant to the California Environmental <br />Quality Act. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of $841,900, for the project (Exhibit <br />2).
