Companies to be invited will <br />be determined by Essergy, the Hispanic Chamber, and the City of Santa Ana. Any advertising needed will <br />be done through the Hispanic Chamber and City. The site will be the Hispanic Chamber. The target <br />group will be 50 Santa Ana businesses. <br /> <br />The workshop will be a half day. Topics covered In the workshop will partially depend on the types and sizes of <br />the companies selected, but will cover at least the folloWing topics: <br />· Market and competitive analysis <br />· Operational streamlining and savings <br />· Communicating your value proposition, including utilizing Internet marketing and social media <br />· Understanding and finding financing <br />At the end of the workshop we will ask which companies would like to have get free consulting by the workshop <br />presenters and others.
