Childcare Entrepreneurial Training Program
Delhi Center's Child Care Training Program seeks to increase the opportunities individuals
have to obtain occupational skills in order to enter or reenter the workforce. We provide
prospective childcare providers with guidance to develop their business and provide high-
quality family day care to the community. We aim to increase the employment, retention, and
earnings of participants whilst providing a much needed service to the community.
PROGRAM DESIGN
The logic model for this section (Figure 1) dovetails the four phases of the program:
• Phase 1: Screening and Registration.
