The work will be <br />performed at the City's Police Administration and Holding Facility. <br />1.0 EVALUATION PROCEDURE <br />The City of Santa Ana will have a selected team to review each of the vendor's <br />qualifications. Those that best demonstrate a financially sound organization with a history <br />of providing excellent service, equipment, and maintenance in this area will be <br />considered for participation in a final pre -selection list.
