Previous Member Outreach - develop and implement outreach to all appropriate <br />previous members; create and distribute invite; coordinate all foil w-up and recruitment <br />b. New Member Outreach - research and develop list of prospectiv new members; create <br />and distribute invite; coordinate all follow-up and recruitment <br />c. Orientation Meeting - plan and conduct orientation meeting and resentation for <br />secured advisory group participants <br />d. Media Announcement - develop and distribute press release ann uncing advisory <br />board members <br />e. Web Site - announce and promote advisory committee members through site. <br /> <br /> <br />Responsibilities: <br /> <br />WBC shall: <br /> <br />a. Identify invite prospects <br />b. Execute all task elements <br /> <br />Santa Ana shall: <br /> <br />a. Review and approve invite prospects list <br />b. Review and approve outreach elements <br /> <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon the deployment of all tasks as pe the Phase II <br />Marketing Plan and/or agreed upon departures. <br /> <br />Task 3-8: <br /> <br />Council Meetinas (2) <br /> <br />Objective: <br />Develop and conduct two Corporate Advisory Council meetings subseq ent to the initial <br />Orientation session <br /> <br />Task Description: <br />Manage all meeting components, including participant invitation, logistic management, <br />meeting objectives, agenda and presentations, pre- and post-meeting c mmunications and <br />other elements as appropriate. <br /> <br />8 <br />
