Maintenance Terms and ConditIons for Software and Hardware consists of fhls cover page, <br />the"attached General Terms and Conditions, the Scope of Work (as indicated by the applicable Exhibits <br />marked below), and any Addenda thereto. This document and the Quote to which it is attached <br />comprise the .complete agreement. This Agreement replaces all prior oral or written communications <br />between the Parties regarding the terms and conditions of SG&I Maintenance Services. <br /> <br />By signing the maintenance Quote, the Parties agree to the terms of this Agreement.
