SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />FORM OF PROPOSAL AND DUE DATE <br />Interested firms must submit one (1) unbound original, seven (7) bound copies, and <br />an electronic version (in Adobe PDF format) on CD-ROM of their Proposal no later <br />than 4:00 PM, January 25, 2010 to: <br />Cindy Krebs, Transit Program Manager <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Public Works Department <br />20 Civic Center, M-21 <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />Proposals received after that date and time will not be considered. Faxed or <br />e-mailed proposals will not be accepted. <br />In furtherance of the City's resource conservation policy, proposers are asked to <br />print proposals double-sided and are encouraged to use recycled paper. Proposals <br />1 should not exceed fifty (50) pages in length, including transmittal letters and <br />appendices. Proposal content and completeness are most important. Clarity is <br />I essential and will be considered in assessing the proposer's capabilities. Proposals <br />should be typed in 11-point font and submitted on 8'/2" x 11" size papers. <br />5
