The environmental assessment shall identify potential project-related <br />environmental constraints/impacts including temporary construction impacts, <br />property acquisition, noise and vibration effects, air quality and greenhouse gas <br />impacts, and visual effects. Consultant `s proposal shall provide a detailed work plan <br />that demonstrates Consultant's understanding of and approach for addressing <br />appropriate State and federal environmental review requirements during the <br />planning phase. The final environmental assessment shall document the next steps <br />required for full environmental clearance of the SARTC Master Plan. <br />Task 6 Deliverables: <br />• Draft and final Environmental Assessment <br />Task 7 - Cost Estimates <br />Consultant shall develop preliminary capital cost estimates and preliminary annual <br />operations and maintenance cost estimates for each phase of SARTC Master Plan <br />implementation (2014, 2020, and buildout). The cost estimates shall be in sufficient <br />detail to define the costs associated with each element of the proposed design. <br />Consultant shall verify current prices with manufacturers, material suppliers and <br />contractors. Annual adjustments for inflation shall be added to the cost estimates. <br />15
