Representatives of the Agency shall be entitled to enter each <br />Phase of the Rental Portion of the Project, upon at least seventy-two (72) hours prior written <br />notice, to monitor r co pliat e with this Agreement, to inspect the records, and t o conduct an <br />independent audit or inspection of such records.
