The pity prepared a Final EIRE which includes all comments and recommendations received on the Draft EIR, a list of persons, organizations, and public agencies comr~er~ting on the Draft EIR, the pity's written responses to significant environrr~ental points raised in the review and consultation process, the Draft ElR and revisions to the Draft EIR. 1.
