Section 3. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana will provide the <br /> required local match funds for each Project(s) approved for Transportation <br /> Enhancement funding during the 2010-2011 through 2012-2013 funding term. <br /> Section 4. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana certifies that the <br /> City of Santa Ana, as the Lead Agency, will comply with applicable provisions of <br /> <br /> the California Environmental Quality Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, <br /> the Americans with Disabilities Act, and any other Federal, State, and/or local <br /> laws, rules and regulations. <br /> Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its <br /> adoption by the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and <br /> certify the vote adopting this Resolution. <br /> ADOPTED this day of 2010. <br /> Miguel A.
