Update NEPA Environmental Assessment <br />URS will update the NEPA Environmental Assessment (EA) to account for the change in project <br />description. URS will coordinate with the City and Caltrans to do so, and anticipates this <br />involving revision the project description write-up and, as necessary, the purpose and need <br />discussion. It is assumed that revising the NEPA EA will not require consideration of additional <br />alternatives or analyses above and beyond the revisions made to the technical studies are <br />described above. <br />Task 10. Update CEQA Addendum <br />URS will update the CEQA Addendum to account for the change in project description. URS <br />will coordinate with the City to do so, and anticipates this involving revision the project <br />description write-up and, as necessary, the project objectives discussion in the Addendum. It is <br />assumed that revising the CEQA Addendum as such will not require a Supplemental or <br />Subsequent EIR, consideration of additional alternatives, or analyses above and beyond the <br />revisions made to the technical studies described above. It too is assumed that the CEQA <br />Addendum will not be formally reviewed by Caltrans (thereby requiring additional revisions). <br />The total amount included in this contract Amendment No. 1, as previously discussed, is <br />$43,190.00.
