2010-026 - Transit Zoning Code Architectural Style Guidelines

Section 2. The City Council hereby, approves the Transit Zoning Code Architectural Style Guidelines located on pages 4:1 through 4:48 and Transit Zoning Code Street Network Concepts commencing on page 6:1 of the Transit Zoning Code Specific Development which came before the City Council on June 7, 2010, as amended by the SSR, and is on file with the Clerk of the Council and incorporated herein by this reference as though fully set forth. Section 3. The City Council intends the Transit Zoning Code Architectural Style Guidelines and the Transit Zoning Code Street Network Concepts to be working documents. Accordingly, the City Council hereby delegates to the Executive Director of Planning and Building Agency and the Executive Director of Public Works Agency, respectively, the authority to make changes to the Transit Zoning Code Architectural Style Guidelines or the Transit Zoning Code Street Network Concepts that are in the spirit and intent of the current guidelines. Any such changes shall be lodged with the City Council for review and comment prior to becoming effective. Section 4. The Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting this Resolution. Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect thirty (30) days after its adoption by the City Council; provided however, that if Ordinance No_ NS-2803, or Ordinance No. NS-2804 are for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, or otherwise do not go into effect for any reason, then this resolution shall be null and void and have no further force and effect.
