RESOLUTION 2010-023 <br />REVENUE FY 10-11 <br />ACCOUNT DEPARTM ENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE UNIT FEES <br />SECTION V FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> SERV/CE STATIONS <br />53502 Flat Fee 122.00 <br /> Additional Costs: <br /> Add up the quantities of all [he various chemicals (or materials) in each of the th rec <br /> categories in each of the three categories (gallons, cubic feet, pounds). Use the highest <br /> quantity of chemicals (or materials) listed to determine the number range (1,2,3 _. ) <br /> Count the number of chemicals (or material s) listed to determine the appropriate range-letter (A, B, C_. )_ <br /> Using the combined Range figures (Number and Letter, 1-A, 2-C, etc_ to determine Lhe cor rect fee from the sch edule)~ <br />53503 Late Filing Fee <br /> The Fire Chief shall impose a late Fling penalty based on additional administrative <br /> costs incurred due to the late filing of any business plan, certification, or inventory. <br /> The amount of such penalty shall be 25% of the fee for such filing. Nonpayment <br /> of the fee and penalty shall incur 1 O% interest on the amount of the billing starting <br /> 30 days after the date issued. <br />53503 ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY FEE SCFIEDU LE <br /> Administrative Penalty/Citation Fee as indicated in the Health 8c Safety Code, as indicated in section 25514.5. These penalties are set <br /> in an escalating tiered manner. The Health ~ Safety Code "class II" violation is the Fire Depart ment's "1st Administ rative Citation." <br /> The "claass I" violation is the Fire Departnent's "2nd Adminsi trative Citation-" Each penalty in e ither "class" is for each day the <br /> violation(s) occurs. The "new" fees are due [o changes in the California Health 8c Safety Code. <br /> The citations listed below shall be issued for [he following violations on a per day basis: <br /> 1. Failure to electronically submit annual certification by specified date. <br /> Class 77 Per day 2,000.00 <br /> Class I Per day 5,000.00 <br /> 2. H.4r.S Code Section 25503.5 <br /> Failure to es[abbsh and or implement a Business Emergency Plan <br /> Class ll Per day 2,000.00 <br /> Class I Per day 5,000.00 <br /> 3. HAS Code Section 25504 <br /> Failure to provide a complete Business Plan <br /> Class II Per day 2,000.00 <br /> Class I Per day 5,000.00 <br /> 4.
