Assess the staffing structures, levels, and <br />scheduling practices, including the use of <br />overtime within the Communications <br />Division for optimization. <br />In addition, scheduling options should be <br />provided to minimize the impact of overtime <br />within the context of the current MOU. <br />160 hours <br />II. Research and review applicable best <br />practices, regulations, and state and <br />industry standards related to staffing, <br />overtime, call time standards, including the <br />MOU’s between the City of Santa Ana and <br />the Police Officers Association (POA). <br />Inclusive C.i. 160 hours <br />III.
