MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS QUOTE-3014423 <br /> Fixed LPR Camera System Configuration (If Applicable) <br /> The Motorola-certified installer will complete the installation of the Fixed LPR system(s)within the Customers <br /> designated locations. The installer may also be responsible for installing cellular routers or Wi-Fi radios for <br /> wireless upload of video and images. In the instance where Customer has purchased a self-deploy or quick- <br /> deploy camera without deployment or installation, the below Motorola responsibilities will be absorbed by the <br /> Customer. <br /> Motorola Responsibilities <br /> • Review preliminary plans for installation <br /> • Verify with customer that proper permits and authorizations have been obtained <br /> • Identify installation locations(pole or infrastructure asset)on which to install the Fixed LPR camera <br /> • Motorola-certified installer will install the Fixed LPR camera <br /> • Point and aim the Fixed LPR camera for image capturing <br /> • Install License Plate Recognition Technology Software <br /> Customer Responsibilities <br /> • Approve installation locations <br /> • Obtain necessary permits and authorizations <br /> • Provide power to installation locations <br /> • Provide any required trenching <br /> • Coordinate with local utility companies in the case of any interrupted service requests or instances <br /> NOTE -The Customer is responsible for having all vehicles and devices available for installation per the Project <br /> Schedule. All cellular data fees and Intemet connectivity charges are the responsibility of the Customer. When <br /> cellular service is used as the point of connection, customer is responsible for providing cellular service, and SIM <br /> cards if they are not being purchased from Motorola as part of the LPR solution. If a Motorola-certified installer is <br /> not used for installation, Motorola is not responsible for any errors in hardware installation, performance or delays <br /> in the Project Schedule. In the event the Customer takes on the responsibility of installing LPR cameras through a <br /> Motorola-certified installer, Motorola is also not responsible for any errors in hardware installation, performance or <br /> delays in the Project Schedule. For in-car LPR installations, an MDT is required for all vehicles (if applicable). <br /> Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR)Commissioning (If Applicable) <br /> This section highlights the responsibilities of Motorola and the Customer when a Motorola In-Car Video (ICV) <br /> system interfaces with the LPR database. <br /> Motorola Responsibilities <br /> • Create a Customer account in the LPR data system with authorized user emails. <br /> • Verify License Plate Recognition Technology software has been installed and launched per the Quickstart <br /> Guide. <br /> • Provide Mobile LPR-Officer Safety Basic and Advanced Pre-Installation Checklist. <br /> • Provide Agency Manager with Training Materials and Licensed Software MDT installation guide. <br /> • Advise Agency Manager of different options available to add new users. <br /> • Confirm Agency Manager is aware of registration required for Hotlists. <br /> • Confirm Agency Manager understands how to set up data-sharing. <br /> Any sales transaction following Motorola's quote is based on and subject to the terms and conditions of the valid and executed written contract between Customer and Motorola(the <br /> ""Underlying Agreement"")that authorizes Customer to purchase equipment and/or services or license software(collectively""Products"").If no Underlying Agreement exists between <br /> Motorola and Customer,then Motorola's Standard Terms of Use and Motorola's Standard Terms and Conditions of Sales and Supply shall govern the purchase of the Products. <br /> Page 19 <br />
