The Customer will be responsible for <br /> installing the software on the remaining workstations. <br /> Licensed Software for the Mobile LPR Solution <br /> Licensed Software is used in conjunction with Mobile LPR cameras. Installation consists of the following activities: <br /> • Network discovery. <br /> • Operating system and software installation. <br /> • Onboarding user/system identity set up. <br /> • Provide user access to the application. <br /> License Plate Recognition Technology <br /> License Plate Recognition Technology software is a cloud solution that does not require an onsite server and <br /> supports the full LPR Solution. <br /> Motorola Responsibilities <br /> • Based on Customer feedback, perform the following activities: <br /> - Create users, groups, and permissions. <br /> • Test to ensure software is accessible to the Customer <br /> Customer Responsibilities <br /> • Verify traffic can be routed through Customer's firewall and reaches end user workstations. <br /> CloudConnect Installation and Configuration (applicable for CommandCentral Aware purchase) <br /> Motorola Responsibilities <br /> • Verify remote access capability. <br /> • Remotely configure CloudConnect Virtual Machine within the Cloud Anchor Server. <br /> • Configure network connectivity and test connection to the CloudConnect Virtual Machine. <br /> • Create an IPSEC tunnel. <br /> • Provide Customer with the information for setting up the IPSEC tunnel. <br /> Customer Responsibilities <br /> • Provide Motorola with two static IP addresses, corresponding subnet masks/default gateway, and available <br /> NTP and DNS IP for the CloudConnect Virtual Machine and the Cloud Anchor Server. <br /> • Confirm with Motorola the network performance requirements are met. <br /> • Configure firewall to allow traffic from IPSEC tunnel. <br /> Completion Criteria <br /> • CloudConnect Virtual Machine configuration is complete and accessible throughout the network. <br /> Any sales transaction following Motorola's quote is based on and subject to the terms and conditions of the valid and executed written contract between Customer and Motorola(the <br /> ""Underlying Agreement"")that authorizes Customer to purchase equipment and/or services or license software(collectively""Products"").If no Underlying Agreement exists between <br /> Motorola and Customer,then Motorola's Standard Terms of Use and Motorola's Standard Terms and Conditions of Sales and Supply shall govern the purchase of the Products. <br /> Page 20 <br />
