(Exhibit 2). Landscape West holds the <br />City's current right of way landscaping services contract for Santa Ana and has performed <br />well. The firm's proposed rates are only 5% higher than the previous agreement terms <br />and are competitive, reasonable, and within industry standard. Overall, the proposal was <br />determined to provide the best value for the City. The total annual compensation amount <br />is based on the available annual budget and allows the flexibility to augment staffing levels <br />based on seasonal demands and replacement of damaged plant material and irrigation <br />components due to vandalism and automobile accidents. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with the action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funding is included in the proposed FY 2025-26 budget.
