(2) No vibration shall be produced that is transmitted through the <br />ground and is discernible without the aid of instruments by a <br />reasonable person at the property lines of the site. Vibrations from <br />temporary construction, demolition, and vehicles that enter and <br />leave the subject parcel are exempt from this standard. <br />(9) (f) Materials or Waste Storage <br />a. (1) No material or waste shall be deposited upon a subject parcel <br />in such form or manner that it may be transferred off the parcel by <br />natural causes or forces. <br />b. (2) All materials or wastes which might cause fumes or dust, or <br />which constitute a fire hazard, or which may be edible by or <br />otherwise be attractive to rodents or insects shall be stored <br />outdoors only in closed containers. <br />(10) (g) Hazardous Materials <br />a. (1) Land or buildings shall not be used or occupied in any manner <br />so as to create any fire, explosive or other hazard. All activities <br />involving the use or storage of combustible, explosive, caustic, or <br />otherwise hazardous materials shall comply with all applicable <br />local, State, and Federal safety standards and shall be provided <br />with adequate safety devices against the hazard of fire and <br />explosion, and adequate firefighting and fire suppression <br />equipment in compliance with City of Santa Ana regulations. The <br />burning of waste materials in open fires without written approval <br />of the Fire Department is prohibited. <br />b. (2) No activities shall be permitted which emit dangerous <br />radioactivity at any point nor shall electrical disturbances which <br />adversely affect the operation of any equipment, other than that of <br />the creator of such disturbances, be allowed. <br />c. (3) No use, activity or process shall cause electromagnetic <br />interference with normal radio and television reception, or with the <br />function of other electronic equipment beyond the property line of <br />the site in which it is situated. All uses, activities and processes <br />shall comply with applicable Federal Communications <br />Commission regulations. <br />(11) (h) Liquid and Solid Waste <br />a. (1) Liquid or solid wastes discharged from the premises shall be <br />properly treated prior to discharge so as not to contaminate or <br />pollute any watercourse or groundwater supply or interfere with <br />bacterial processes in sewage treatment.
