i <br /> ' I <br /> City of Santa Ana <br /> 23-H HAP-10015 <br /> Page 8 of 24 <br /> All HHAP-4 funds shall be expended by June 30, 2027. <br /> g) In accordance with Health and Safety Code section 60220.8, subdivision (k), <br /> Cal ICH retains the right to require a corrective action plan of grantees that are <br /> not on track to fully expend funds by the statutorily required deadline. <br /> h) Any funds not expended by June 30, 2027, including bonus funds, shall revert to <br /> and be paid and deposited in, the General Fund pursuant to Health and Safety <br /> Code section 50220.8(p). <br /> k <br /> l) The council may request additional information from applicants, as needed, to <br /> meet other applicable reporting or audit requirements, <br /> j) Bonus Funds; Health and Safety Code section 50220.8 mandates the following, <br /> regarding a recipient's eligibility for Bonus Funding. <br /> 1) Recipients that do not meet the obligation requirements laid out in Health and <br /> Safety Code section 50220.8(k) shall not be eligible for bonus funding; <br /> lii) Recipients shall demonstrate no later than June 30, 2025, whether they have <br /> successfully met their outcome goals; and <br /> 111) Jurisdictions that have not met their outcome goals shall not be eligible for <br /> bonus funding and shall accept technical assistance from council staff. In <br /> addition, jurisdictions that have not met their outcome goals may also be <br /> required to limit allowable uses of program funds, as determined by the <br /> Council. <br /> Iv) If recipient receives bonus funding, the bonus funds will be distributed as an <br /> amendment to this contract. No additional contract will be executed. <br /> 7) Special Conditions <br /> Cal iCH reserves the right to add any special conditions to this Agreement it deems <br /> necessary to ensure that the goals of the Program are achieved. <br /> Initial HereTE <br />
