PERSONNEL SALARIES <br />WORKING WARDROBES FOR A NEW START <br />REBUILDING CAREERS FOR YOUNG ADULTS <br />BUDGET NARRATIVE <br />1. Client Services Manager (.21 FTE): $15,750 <br />Dedicate 21% of time to program over 12 months. Provide program management, oversee <br />participant services, ensure compliance with program requirements, and coordinate with <br />community partners and support services. <br />2. Career Navigator (1 FTE): $54,080 <br />Dedicate 100% of time to the program over 12 months. Provide case management and career <br />navigation services, assist with participant intake, enrollment, referrals, job placement, and <br />facilitate educational and vocational training opportunities. <br />3. Client Services Coordinator (.25 FTE): $10,500 <br />Dedicate 25% of time to program over 12 months. Assist in tracking participant data, reporting <br />tasks, processing payments, and providing administrative support to the Client Services <br />Manager and Career Navigator. <br />4. Wardrobe Specialist (.15 FTE): $8,112 <br />Dedicate 15% of time to program over 12 months. Coordinate and deliver professional <br />wardrobe services, manage inventory, and oversee volunteer Personal Shoppers for program <br />participants. <br />TOTAL PERSONNEL SALARIES= $88,442.00 <br />PERSONNEL BENEFITS <br />1. Client Services Manager (0.21 FTE): $4,410.00 <br />Benefits calculated based on 28% of 21% FTE salary, covering Social Security, Medicare, <br />unemployment insurance (SUI), health insurance, and workers' compensation. <br />2.
