• Research and present new business opportunities including; business development intended to generate <br />donations of unused professional attire from large corporations as well as local companies <br />Client Services: <br />• Relationship management with clients, vendors, donors, volunteers, and Working Wardrobes staff <br />• Maintain daily client appointment scheduling, daily volunteer coverage schedule, daily and weekly <br />statistical tracking, weekly report production, weekly and monthly billing of services provided. <br />• Oversee the personal shopping services with clients and our volunteer personal shoppers; shop directly <br />with clients in the absence of volunteers and assist as needed. <br />• Facilitate client workshops on and off-site. <br />• Ensure client service delivery is performed according to the organization's mission, policies, procedures, <br />and service philosophy. Treat all clients and volunteers with dignity and respect. <br />• Collect and track participant information in advance to ensure stock on hand is adequate to provide clients <br />variety and options. <br />• Coordinate wardrobe services with fellow colleagues to ensure a successful experience for all. <br />• Establish strong client relationships that will extend into the future so that clients can return to the <br />organization as speakers, advocates, volunteers, and donors. <br />• Coordinate all referrals both to and from Working Wardrobes. <br />Merchandising and Inventory: <br />• Recruit, train and manage inventory assistance volunteers. <br />• Ensure volunteers are merchandising the wardrobe area and offsite partner locations and keeping the <br />mannequins and wardrobe options fresh and current. <br />• Manage inventory at the Wardrobe Center to allow for trips to the off-site Donation Center to identify <br />appropriate items. <br />• Oversee, evaluate and recommend changes for client inventory flow in coordination with Donation Center <br />staff. <br />• Oversee stock levels and plan ahead to order new items when required, including for special events. <br />• Work with the Donation Center team to prepare and execute annual inventory audit at the Career Success <br />Center and Donation Center locations. <br />Administrative Services: <br />• Prepare promotional materials and both on-site and off-site displays. <br />• Develop and maintain external agency partnerships with the goal of increasing revenue for the <br />organization. <br />• Develop presentations to retailers to increase product donations. <br />• Weekly and monthly billing and reconciliation. <br />• Generate daily and weekly statistical and production reports. <br />• Maintain and update client and partner agency database. <br />• Manage controllable costs to keep operations profitable. <br />• Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel <br />policies and procedures in accordance with all grant and contract requirements. <br />• Participate in weekly staff and team meetings, required training and other programs as requested. <br />• Event scheduling, execution, and evaluating for Improvement and success. <br />19 <br />EXHIBIT 2 <br /> <br /> <br />City Council 10 – 205 7/1/2025
