Supportive Documentation Requirements <br />Participants may need to provide additional documentation depending on the type of work experience: <br />liProof of Residency-Utility bill, lease agreement, or other proof of address. <br />Lllncome Verification -Pay stub, tax return, or statement of benefits. <br />l9Edncational Status -High school diploma, GED, or school transcript. <br />IIMedicalffiealth Clearance -If the work experience requires physical activity or health-related tasks. <br />3. Academic and Occupational Education Component <br />Each work experience must include a defined academic and occupational education component that <br />relates to the work being performed.
