Employer s must meet specific c riteiia r elated to the quality of th e <br />work environment, s afety standards, and ability to provide a meaningful experi ence. <br />• Parti cipant Placement: Career Planners w ill assess th e yout h 's interests, skill s, and <br />career goals to match them with the most appropriate work experience opportunities. This <br />matching process ensures that participants have the best chance of success in their work <br />exp en ence. <br />MONITORING AND REPORTING <br />• Tracking and Documentation: Career Planners will maintain regular communication <br />with the youth pmticipant, works ite superv isor , and employer to ensure the experience is <br />progressing as planned. Documentation wi ll be kept on file, including work experience <br />agreem ents, job descriptions, and progress repo1ts. <br />• Reports: Career Planners will provide regular updates on yo uth progress in work <br />experience to their sup ervisor and management. A final repo1t wi ll be generated at the <br />completi on of the work experience, summmi zing t he participant's perfo1mance and skills <br />ga ined. <br />WORK EXPERIENCE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYERS <br />• Emp loyers must meet certain criteria to participate in the WIOA Youth Program.
