Diana Lopez spoke regarding resident sentiments and the city’s current climate <br />related to ICE raids. <br />RECESS <br />MINUTES: Mayor Amezcua recessed the City Council meeting at 10:21 P.M. <br />RECONVENE <br />MINUTES: Mayor Amezcua reconvened the City Council meeting at 10: 35 P.M. <br />76. Amy Parker spoke regarding resident sentiments, protests, the city’s current climate, <br />the Santa Ana Police Department, and the National Guard’s involvement related to <br />ICE raids. <br />77.
