The calendar will include social media platforms, date of publication, copy for <br />social media post, graphic, links, hashtags. <br />c. Schedule 6-week social media calendar meetings to review social media <br />calendar when needed. <br />d. Implement any updates and/or edits to the social media calendar. <br />e. Cross -post content from Safe OC and Program Partners as appropriate. <br />f. Post time -sensitive content at the direction of the Santa Ana Project Manager <br />g. Provide 6-week social media KPI reports on post engagement, traffic, and trends. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Provide feedback and input for social media calendar. <br />b. Attend 6-week social media calendar meetings when needed. <br />c. Provide any time -sensitive social media messaging to staff when appropriate. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete when all administrative tasks are delivered and the <br />Santa Ana Project Manager signs the completion letter for each subtask noted below. <br />Planned completion is June 30, 2026. <br />TASK 4: SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLKIT <br />Objective: Support ReadyOC's mission by developing and distributing social media <br />toolkits that equip public officials, community partners, educators, and partner <br />organizations with resources to amplify key disaster preparedness messages across <br />digital platforms. <br />Task Description: <br />Design and deliver a series of four social media toolkits aligned with ReadyOC's core <br />preparedness themes. Each toolkit will focus on a specific topic such as emergency <br />planning, building a go -bag, communication during disasters, and seasonal risk <br />awareness. Toolkits will include pre -designed content such as graphics, videos, <br />suggested captions, and campaign hashtags optimized for social media platforms <br />including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedln, and X. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Create and deliver four social media toolkits <br />b. Ensure all assets meet platform standards and ReadyOC brand guidelines <br />c. Upload toolkits to ReadyOC.org for public access <br />d. Distribute toolkits to partners and community networks <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Support toolkit distribution through County communication channels <br />b.
