Ready(C�C <br />Orange County s emergen ypreporedness resource <br />TASK 4•A: SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLKIT CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & DISTRIBUTION (Q3 2025) <br />Objective: Promote personal preparedness and public safety by equipping local <br />agencies and organizations with a comprehensive social media toolkit centered on <br />emergency planning. <br />Task Description: <br />Develop and release a Q3 2025 toolkit that supports ReadyOC's "Make a Plan" <br />campaign. The content will help residents understand how to create household <br />emergency plans and encourage families to discuss what to do in a disaster. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Create and deliver one toolkit for Q3 2025 <br />b. Ensure all content aligns with ReadyOC messaging and branding <br />c. Upload toolkit to ReadyOC.org and notify partners <br />d. Track and report partner engagement where possible <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Review and approve toolkit content <br />b. Provide feedback for refinement based on community response <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task will be considered complete when the Q3 toolkit is finalized, uploaded, and <br />distributed, and the Orange County Project Manager signs the task completion letter. <br />Planned completion: end of September 2025. <br />TASK 4-11: SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLKIT CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & DISTRIBUTION (Q4 2025) <br />Objective: Reinforce disaster readiness and support seasonal preparedness messaging <br />through a second social media toolkit released in Q4 2025. <br />Task Description: <br />Develop and distribute a toolkit aligned with winter preparedness and ReadyOC's "Stay <br />Informed" campaign. Topics may include storm readiness, emergency alerts, and <br />staying connected during disruptions. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Create and deliver one toolkit for Q4 2025 <br />b. Ensure messaging aligns with seasonal risks and public safety priorities <br />c. Publish toolkit on ReadyOC.org and share with partners <br />d. Provide engagement summary if data is available <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Review and approve toolkit content <br />Completion Criteria: <br />Task completion will occur when the Q4 toolkit is finalized, uploaded, and distributed, <br />and the Orange County Project Manager signs the task completion letter.
