Ready(L�C <br />Orange (aunty's emergen ypreparedness resource <br />TASK 7-C: INFLUENCER PARTNERSHIP PILOT (Q4 25) <br />Objective: Launch a pilot program to hire and collaborate with one or more young <br />adult influencers with a substantial social media following to promote ReadyOC's <br />emergency preparedness messaging. The goal is to increase engagement with young <br />adult audiences in Orange County by delivering relatable, impactful content that <br />encourages disaster readiness through trusted digital voices. <br />Task Description: <br />Identify and contract with a young adult influencer for a small group) who has proven <br />reach, strong engagement, and alignment with ReadyOC's mission. The influencer(s) <br />will be briefed on campaign goals and provided with branded messaging and creative <br />guidelines to help develop and post content on platforms like Instagram and YouTube. <br />The pilot will test influencer effectiveness in driving visibility, preparedness actions, and <br />digital engagement with the ReadyOC brand. <br />Responsibilities <br />Comm LAB Shall: <br />a. Develop a pilot strategy including influencer selection criteria, messaging <br />guidelines, and content deliverable timelines <br />b. Hire one or more young adult influencers with substantial local or regional reach <br />and demonstrated engagement <br />c. Provide content kits, campaign hashtags, creative direction, and post guidelines <br />d. Track pilot performance, including impressions, engagement, reach, and <br />community feedback <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Review and approve the selected influencer(s), messaging, and campaign <br />content <br />b. Provide ongoing input and final approval of pilot strategy and deliverables <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon the completion of the deliverables detailed in <br />the task description above and when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the task <br />completion letter. Planned completion and invoicing will be at the end of Dec. 2025. <br />TASK 7-D: ONLINE ADVERTISING & SOCIAL BOOSTING CAMPAIGN (Ql 20261 <br />Objective: Expand the reach of the Young Adult Readiness micro -campaign by <br />developing and implementing a targeted online advertising and social media boosting <br />campaign. This effort will promote ReadyOC's emergency preparedness messaging to <br />young adult audiences across Orange County using paid digital placements and <br />promoted posts. <br />Task Description: <br />Develop a paid media strategy to amplify campaign content created for the Young <br />Adult Readiness initiative. The campaign will leverage digital platforms such as <br />ReadyOC Statement of Work <br />FY 25-26 ,Q, <br />CommunicationsLAB <br />22 <br />
