The focus will be on engaging youth -serving <br />organizations, school districts, libraries, community centers, and parent associations that <br />can help distribute messaging, share campaign content, or collaborate on local events <br />and digital outreach. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Expand the current and prospective S4 stakeholders list and identify new partners <br />relevant to youth engagement and online safety education. <br />b. Conduct targeted outreach to new and existing partners, emphasizing <br />opportunities to support or co -promote Cyber Kids. <br />c. Coordinate with stakeholders for collaboration on campaign implementation, <br />such as video sharing, hosting digital safety workshops, or co -creating resources <br />for families. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Review and approve the expanded stakeholder list. <br />b. Provide introductions or contexts that are helpful for partnership development. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task will be complete when stakeholder outreach has been conducted and the <br />Santa Ana Project Manager signs the completion letter. Planned completion and <br />invoicing: End of December 2025. <br />TASK 6-11): PUBLIC AWARENESS & OUTREACH (WINTER/SPRING 26) <br />Objective: Expand and activate the S4 stakeholder network to support the Cyber Kids <br />campaign and broaden cybersecurity awareness efforts. <br />Task Description: <br />Expand the S4 stakeholder and partner list to include organizations and individuals who <br />can help amplify the Cyber Kids campaign. Focus will be placed on engaging youth - <br />serving organizations, school districts, libraries, community centers, and parent <br />associations that can help distribute messaging, share campaign content, or <br />collaborate on local events and digital outreach. <br />Cyber Kids Public Awareness and Outreach: <br />As part of the Cyber Kids campaign, outreach will focus on engaging partners who can <br />help share digital safety messages through channels that reach youth, families, and the <br />local community. Efforts will include distributing campaign materials, promoting short - <br />form videos and PSAs, and supporting the amplification of messaging through social <br />media outreach and online content sharing.
