Review and approve all content and provide feedback for revisions as needed. <br />b. Approve final messaging and any website updates before publication. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon the fulfillment of the deliverables detailed in the <br />task description above and when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the task <br />completion letter. Planned completion and invoicing will be at the end of Dec. 2025. <br />TASK 6-13: VIDEO DEVELOPMENT (Q4 25) <br />Objective: Develop a comprehensive, creative, and strategic framework for the S4 <br />campaign, including messaging that promotes online safety, cyberbullying awareness, <br />and how to report harmful or suspicious activity. <br />Task Description: <br />Create a series of short -form videos as the central media content for Cyber Kids. Each <br />video will spotlight a child actor sharing safety tips in their voice. Messaging will be age - <br />appropriate and designed to resonate with both children and parents. Distribution <br />channels will focus on high -traffic platforms for families, schools, and local community <br />networks. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Develop messaging and scripts tailored to specific themes (e.g., cyberbullying, <br />phishing, reporting, privacy). <br />b. Cast, produce, and edit a video series. <br />c. Identify high -traffic digital platforms (e.g., YouTube Kids, Instagram Reels, school <br />district pages) and set content frequency. <br />d. Present video content and outreach strategy to Santa Ana for approval. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Review and approve scripts, video content, and messaging strategy. <br />b. Provide input on outreach priorities and assist with introductions where needed. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is complete when the approved videos are produced and distributed. <br />Completion is confirmed when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the task <br />completion letter.
