ym <br />SEE sammIh,,, <br />� SAY sumelM1ing <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon completing administrative deliverables and when <br />the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the completion letter for each subtask noted <br />below. <br />TASK 10-A: DEVELOPMENT & CONTRACTING (SUMMER/FALL 20251 <br />Objective: Increase visibility of the S4 Campaign through the development and <br />execution of paid digital signage and digital billboard placements at high -traffic venues <br />and along key corridors in Orange County. <br />Task Overview: <br />Identify, negotiate, and contract with digital signage providers, venue -based digital <br />display operators, and regional digital billboard networks to display S4 campaign <br />content as part of a paid media strategy. Efforts will prioritize high -impact locations that <br />align with campaign goals and target audiences. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm Lab shall: <br />a. Develop a prioritized list of potential digital signage and digital billboard vendors <br />and locations. <br />b. Conduct outreach, manage communications, and lead meetings with <br />prospective digital media partners. <br />c. Negotiate terms and secure contracts for display placements, including <br />specifications for duration, content format, and performance tracking. <br />d. Coordinate with vendors to confirm technical requirements for content delivery <br />and scheduling. <br />Santa Ana Shall: <br />a. Review and approve campaign proposals, content, and partnership agreements. <br />b. Support introductions and coordination with key regional stakeholders and <br />potential display partners. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon submission of all administrative deliverables, <br />including signed contracts and campaign plans, and formal approval by the Santa Ana <br />Project Manager. The target completion date is December 2025. <br />TASK 10-B: DEVELOPMENT & CONTRACTING (WINTER/SPRING 2026) <br />Objective: Continue expanding the S4 Campaign's visibility by securing additional <br />digital billboard placements through paid contracts with digital media vendors and <br />networks within Orange County. <br />Task Overview: <br />Build on prior outreach efforts to identify and secure new digital billboard opportunities <br />across key high -traffic areas within Orange County. Focus on major commuter routes, <br />venues, and other prime locations.
