Secure and finalize new contracts, including placement terms, scheduling, and <br />content delivery requirements. <br />d. Coordinate with vendors on logistics and placement timelines to ensure timely <br />implementation. <br />Santa Ana Shall: <br />a. Review and approve campaign deliverables, vendor contracts, and location <br />strategies within Orange County. <br />b. Support identification and prioritization of key display zones and media partners. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />Task is complete upon submission of all finalized contracts and supporting <br />documentation, with formal approval from the Santa Ana Project Manager. <br />Target completion: June 2026. <br />TASK 10-C: PAID BILLBOARD PRODUCTION & PLACEMENT (SUMMER/FALL 20251 <br />Objective: Support the S4 Campaign's visibility efforts by producing and deploying <br />creative assets for paid billboard placements across contracted locations. <br />Task Overview: <br />Develop, produce, and deliver finalized billboard designs for paid media placements as <br />part of the S4 Campaign. Coordinate directly with contracted billboard vendors to <br />ensure timely delivery, formatting, and installation of assets at approved billboard <br />locations. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Design and produce billboard creative assets that align with S4 campaign <br />branding and vendor specifications (digital and/or static). <br />b. Coordinate with vendors to manage production deadlines, asset delivery, anc <br />confirmation of placement schedules. <br />c. Ensure all deliverables meet contract requirements and are properly executed <br />across all paid billboard locations. <br />Santa Ana Shall: <br />a.
