Provide support to ensure alignment with broader campaign goals and vendor <br />coordination. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />Task is complete upon verification of all billboard placements and submission of <br />supporting documentation, with final approval from the Santa Ana Project Manager. <br />Target completion: December 2025. <br />TASK 10-1): PAID BILLBOARD PRODUCTION & PLACEMENT (WINTER/SPRING 2026) <br />Objective: Continue supporting the S4 Campaign's visibility by producing and deploying <br />creative assets for the second phase of paid billboard placements across contracted <br />locations. <br />Task Overview: <br />Develop, finalize, and deliver billboard designs for scheduled paid media placements as <br />part of the ongoing S4 Campaign. Coordinate directly with contracted billboard <br />vendors to meet formatting requirements, manage timelines, and ensure timely <br />installation of campaign assets at approved locations. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Design and produce updated or new billboard creative assets in alignment with <br />S4 branding and vendor specifications (digital and/or static). <br />b. Coordinate with billboard vendors to manage production timelines, asset <br />delivery, and confirmation of posting schedules. <br />c. Ensure all deliverables meet contract terms and are accurately placed at <br />designated billboard locations. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Review and approve all billboard designs and updated placement plans. <br />b. Provide support to ensure smooth coordination with billboard vendors and <br />alignment with campaign goals. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon verified placement of all contracted billboards <br />and submission of supporting documentation, with final approval by the Santa Ana <br />Project Manager. Target completion: June 2026. <br />TASK 11: HISPANIC & ASIAN MEDIA RELATIONS & OUTREACH <br />Objective: Extend S4 program reach through expansion of earned media program to <br />include ethnic media outlets. <br />Task Description: Develop and implement media relations program targeting Hispanic <br />and Asian Media channels including, but not limited to, direct media relations outreach, <br />press releases, news conferences, photography, video, and the creation of video news <br />releases (VNRs).
