Use caution when opening attachments or links. <br />Dear Commissioners, <br /> <br />I have wriƩen to you several Ɵmes and aƩended the last meeƟng where <br />the Transit project for eliminaƟng industrial uses was discussed. Based on <br />what was presented at the last meeƟng, I sƟll support focusing on the <br />offenders and not eliminaƟng industrial zoning which effects our building <br />and the business at 1021 Fuller Street, along with all of the other <br />businesses who are not creaƟng problems for the community. Our <br />businesses are contribuƟng to employment, paying our taxes and <br />contribuƟng economically to the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />I wanted to bring to your aƩenƟon a very real issue that has resulted <br />from the Moratorium that has been in place. The Moratorium has <br />prohibited building owners from leasing their space, not only creaƟng <br />tremendous financial hardship for the owners, but this has created a <br />whole host of other issues as it relates to the homeless who have moved <br />in to the Fuller Street area given a vacant building next to our building. <br /> <br />Yesterday, a homeless man started a fire in the parking area on the <br />property right next to ours. The building does not have a tenant due to <br />the Moratorium. We have had trash, needles, drug paraphernalia and <br />excrement and other items leŌ on our property for a long Ɵme.
