2
and destroying property has goƩen worse. AŌer the fire occurred, the
individual then went onto our property and destroyed the opƟcal lens
that allows us to open our gate. We have lost count of the cost to replace
and protect items on our property. Our employees are afraid at Ɵmes to
enter the building given the presence of the homeless and drug addicts.

We have called the City of Santa Ana repeatedly to come deal with the
variety of issues. This includes the police, the fire department,
paramedics, etc. Yesterday we once again called the Fire
department. This obviously has a tremendous impact on the City services
and tax dollars.

We would encourage any of you to come visit Fuller Street to see what is
happening as a result of the moratorium. We would also encourage you
not to support the current re‐zoning proposal as wriƩen, liŌ the
moratorium and allow this area to be back in business as we were before,
conƟnuing to employ people, pay our taxes and contribute to the
community.

Thank you,

Christy Taylor

Planning Commission 1 – 199 3/6/2025
