The addition will include a rear-facing gable roof and a vinly hung <br />window with matching decorative wooden trim and sill. The roof is proposed to be <br />matching composition asphalt shingles and new attic vents will be designed to match the <br />rest of the residence. The Project also includes enclosing a rear water heater with <br />matching materials and replacing eleven wood single-hung windows with vinyl single- <br />hung windows. All new windows and doors would include decorative wood trim to match <br />the existing residence. In 2006, the Council <br />further amended SD-40 through Ordinance No. NS-2711, which codified the Heninger Park <br />Architectural Design Guidelines (HPADG) to streamline project review processes and <br />implement general updates and clarifications to the SD-40 district.
