Province of British Columbia. 1992 <br />Professional Bio: <br />Mr. Eso has extensive experience managing project teams in designing, installing. and commissioning <br />control systems utilizing PLC, HMI. and ❑CS technologies across a broad range of industries including <br />life science, water/wastewater treatment, material handling, high speed sortation, and robotic palletizing. <br />His direct responsibilities have included: <br />managing technical personal project assignments and schedules <br />providing guidance on technical issues <br />estimating and proposals <br />conceptual design, P&ID development, and process functional descriptions <br />control hardware and software specification <br />detailed power, control panel, and field electrical engineering <br />instrumentation/material specifica#ion and procurement <br />PLC and HMI programming <br />commissioning, startup. and training <br />documentation development including submittals. drawings. user manuals, troubleshooting guides. and <br />O&M manuals <br />Selected Project Experience: <br />OCWD GWRS Final Expansion <br />KDC Systems provided instrumentation and control system engineering expertise for the Final Expansion <br />of the Groundwater Replenishment System at the Orange County Water District (OCWD) located at the <br />OCWD Advanced Water Treatment Facility (AWTF) in Fountain Valley, CA This $310 million project will <br />create an additional 30 million gallons per day of new water supplies to serve north and central Orange <br />County. Once completed. AWTFs total production will reach 13D million gallons per day, enough water <br />for 1,000.000 people. The project entails expansion of the existing flow equalization, microfiltration, <br />reverse osmosis, ultraviolet, and related support facilities. The process control system hardware and <br />software are Emerson Delta V combined with Ethernet and Foundation Fieldbus connected control <br />devices. KDC Systems is the overall system integrator for the project and is responsible for <br />instrumentation specification and procurement. control panel design and fabrication. plant network <br />expansion to incorporate the new control hardware, vendor equipment integration, and software <br />development, testing. and commissioning. KDC will develop software detailed designs and test plans. <br />Witnessed testing will be conducted in the field. KDC Electricians are responsible for terminating and <br />testing all control system wiring for the project. <br />
