KDC sygtoins <br />An EMCOR Company <br />Ventura Pacific <br />KDC Systems provided control system engineering expertise to automate a new material handling, high <br />speed sortation system for Ventura Pacific in Oxnard. CA. The process control system hardware and <br />software were Rockwell Automation and the project required integration with other specialty vendors of <br />supplied equipment including sizerifillers, barcode scanners. and palletizers. KDC Systems was the <br />overall systems integrator for the project and was responsible for control hardware specification and <br />procurement, control panel design and fabrication, plant network design, system electrical drawings, <br />vendor equipment integration, and software development. testing, and commissioning. <br />Gilead Sciences <br />KDC Systems provided instrumentation, control system engineering, and installation expertise to <br />automate a new formulation, filtration, and filling suite for Gilead Sciences in La Verne, CA. The process <br />control system hardware and software were Rockwell Automation and the project used specialty vendors <br />for several proprietary systems. KDC Systems was the overall systems integrator for the project and was <br />responsible for instrument specification and procurement, control panel design and fabrication, plant <br />network expansion, vendor equipment integration, and software development, testing, and <br />commissioning. KDC held workshops with the owner and developed software detailed designs. test <br />plans. and a complete software library. Unwitnessed and witnessed testing was performed at our facility <br />and repeated on site.
