Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute <br />a cooperative agreement between the City of Santa Ana and the <br />Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana in the amount of <br />$425,000 for aone-year term for the ongoing administration of the <br />Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program, subject #o non- <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and the Glerk of the Council to execute <br />a cooperative agreement with the County of Orange Health Care <br />Agency in the amount of $824,650 for aone-year term to provide <br />supportive housing services to HIVIAIDS individuals in the County <br />of Orange, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney. <br />Recommend that the Housing Authority: <br />CRHC MINUTES 4 May 20, 2008 <br />
