PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. THIS ENDORSEMENT MODIFIES INSURANCE PROVIDED UNDER THE FOLLOWING: COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM SCHEDULE Name of Person or Organization: ]) Any person, organization or entity, including any building owner, landlord or property manager, for whom the Named Insured has agreed, in a contract entered into prior to the date of loss, to provide additional insured coverage; 2) Any building owner, landlord or property manager of premises that requests that the Named Insured,without the benefit of a written contract, provide additional insured coverage under the Named Insured's general liability insurance where the Named Insured is performing operations at such building owner's, landlord's or property manager's premises. I. SECTION II-WHO IS AN INSURED is amended to include the following as additional insureds: A. any person or organization shown under paragraph])in the Schedule above,but only with respect to i) the additional insured(s) liability for "bodily injury" or "property damage" caused in whole or in part by the Named Insured's acts or omissions,or the acts or omissions of those acting on the Named Insured's behalf, in the performance of the Named Insured's ongoing operations for the additional insured(s), or ii; liability for"bodily injury: or"property damage"caused in whole or in part by"your work"for that additional insured and included in the"products-completed operations hazard". B. any person or organization shown under paragraph 2)in the Schedule above, but only with respect to the additional insured(s) liability for"bodily injury" or "property damage"caused in whole or in part by the Named Insured's operations at the additional insured(s)premises. However: 1. With respect to the person or organization shown in paragraphs 1) or 2) in the Schedule, the insurance afforded to such additional insured only applies to the extent permitted by law;and 2. with respect to the person or organization shown in paragraph ]) in the Schedule, the insurance afforded to such additional insured shall not exceed, and is limited by, the scope of coverage that the Named Insured has agreed by contract or agreement to provide for such Additional Insured.
