ADDITIONAL INSURED - DESIGNATED PERSON OR ORGANIZATION <br /> 1. Any "occurrence" which takes place in premises rented by you after you cease to be a tenant in <br /> that premises. <br /> 2. Structural alterations, new construction or demolition operations performed by or on behalf of <br /> that person or organization shown in the Schedule. <br /> B. Coverage for the additional insured: <br /> 1. does not apply to "bodily injury" or "property damage" caused in whole or in part by the sole negligence <br /> of such person or organization for its own acts or omissions or those of its employees or anyone else <br /> acting on its behalf;and <br /> 2. is limited solely to the additional insured's vicarious liability for your act or omission. <br /> Except for persons or organizations in paragraph 1) of the Schedule above, if required by the <br /> written contract or agreement executed prior to the date of loss. <br /> C. If, prior to a loss, you have specifically agreed in a written contract that this insurance must be <br /> primary and non-contributory with other insurance issued to a person or organization, then this <br /> insurance shall be primary with respect to such loss and shall not contribute with such other <br /> insurance. <br /> With respect to such a loss, this insurance will only apply to "bodily injury" or "property damage", <br /> arising out of the Named Insured's operations or premises owned by, managed by or rented to the <br /> Named Insured. <br /> D. With respect to any contract or agreement you enter into which requires another party to furnish <br /> insurance to an insured, this policy shall be excess of and not contribute with any such insurance <br /> available to the other party. <br /> III.With respect to the insurance afforded to any additional insureds, the following is added to SECTION III - <br /> LIMITS OF INSURANCE: <br /> A. The most we will pay on behalf of the additional insured in paragraph 1) of the Schedule is the amount of <br /> insurance: <br /> 1.Required by the contract or agreement; or <br /> 2.Available under the applicable Limits of Insurance shown in the Declarations; <br /> whichever is less. <br /> B.
