Second Year (1975-76 Fiscal _ar_) <br /> Salaries: 1) Effective 10-1-75, an across-the-board 3% salary increase for all <br /> employees represented by the Association. <br /> 2) Effective 4-1-76, an across-the-board 87 salary increase for all <br /> employees represented by the Association. <br /> Benefits: 1) Effective 7-1-75, the City, as employer, will contribute an additional <br /> amount, up to, but not to exceed $2.00 per month for each employee to <br /> cover premium increases, if any, for the dental insurance plan imple- <br /> mented 7-1-74. <br /> 2) To be available by 1-1-76, the City Personnel Department, after consul- <br /> tation with the Police Department administration, will develop a com- <br /> plete report containing a study, review and analysis of the current <br /> Police Educational Incentive and Career Development Program and recomm- <br /> endations relative to the improvement of such program in order that <br /> such report may be considered during the Meet and Confer Sessions <br /> between the City and the Association scheduled for the Spring of 1976. <br /> 3) Effective 4-1-76, the City, as employer, will contribute $4.00 per month <br /> for each employee toward the purchase of a Long-Term Disability Income <br /> Protection Plan which plan shall be provided to the employees by the <br /> City. In the event the premium cost shall exceed the $4.00 amount, <br /> such additional cost will be borne entirely bythe employee. <br /> Except as provided herein, all other existing terms and conditions of employment affecting <br /> the Association and its members shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> This Agreement is subject to ratification of the membership of the Association and is <br /> subject to approval by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana.
