STATEWIDE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEMSGENERAL ORDER2022-0103-DWQ <br />System infrastructurefailure points(for example, main,pump station,lateral, etc.); <br />Ongoing spillinvestigations;and <br />Actionstakentoaddress system deficiencies. <br />3.10.Sewer System Management Plan AuditReporting Requirements <br />TheEnrolleeshall submitits Sewer System Management Plan Auditand other pertinent <br />audit information, in accordance with section 5.4 (Sewer System Management Plan <br />Audits)of this General Order,to the online CIWQS Sanitary Sewer System Database <br />bysix(6) months after the end of the 3-year audit period. <br />IfaSewer System Management PlanAuditisnot conductedasrequired:theEnrollee <br />shall: <br />Updatethe onlineCIWQSSanitary Sewer System Database and select the <br />justification for not conductingthe Audit; and <br />Notifyits corresponding Regional Water Board(seeAttachment F(Regional Water <br />Quality Control Board Contact Information))of the justification for the lapsed <br />requirements. <br />Thereporting of ajustification for not conducting a timelyAudit does not <br />justify non-compliance with this General Order. TheEnrolleeshall: <br />Submitthelate Audit as requiredin this General Order; and <br />ComplywithsubsequentAudit requirements and due datescorresponding with the <br />original audit cycle. <br />3.11.Sewer System Management Plan Reporting Requirements <br />For an Existing Enrollee previously regulated by Order 2006-0003-DWQ:Within every <br />six(6)yearsafterthe required due dateof itslastPlanUpdate, the Legally <br />Responsible Officialshall upload and certify alocalgoverning entity-approved Sewer <br />System Management PlanUpdatetothe online CIWQSSanitary Sewer System <br />Database. If theelectronic documentformat or sizecapacity prevents the electronic <br />upload of the Plan, theLegallyResponsible Officialshallreportan electronic linktoits <br />updated Sewer System Management Planposted on its own website. <br />Order 2006-0003-DWQ requiredeachenrollee to developits initial Sewer System <br />Management Planper the following schedule, with required Plan updatesat a frequency <br />of5-yearsthereafter: <br />Systems servingpopulations:Greater than100,000:May2, 2009 <br />Between 100,000 and 10,000: August 2, 2009 <br />Between 10,000 and 2,500:May 2, 2010 <br />Less than2,500:August 2, 2010 <br />ATTACHMENT E1NOTIFICATION,MONITORING,REPORTING <br />AND RECORDKEEPINGREQUIREMENTSDecember 6,2022 <br />E1 -19 <br /> <br />
