STATEWIDE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEMSGENERAL ORDER2022-0103-DWQ <br />This Order carries forth thepreviously-required Plan Updatescheduleper <br />Order 2006-0003-DWQ.Perthe six-year Plan Update frequency required inthis Order, <br />theEnrollee shall upload and certify its first Plan Update,tothe online CIWQSSanitary <br />Sewer System Databaseby the following due dates, withsubsequent Plan Updates at <br />the frequency of six years thereafter: <br />Systems serving populations: Greater than 100,000: May 2, 2025 <br />Between 100,000 and 10,000: August 2, 2025 <br />Between 10,000 and 2,500: May 2, 2026 <br />Less than 2,500: August 2, 2026 <br />ForaNew Enrollee:Within twelve (12) months of its Application for Enrollment <br />Approvaldate,the Legally Responsible Official ofanew Enrolleeshallupload and <br />certifyalocal governing entity-approvedSewer System Management Plantothe online <br />CIWQSSanitary Sewer System Database. If electronic document format or size <br />capacity prevents the electronic upload of the Plan, the Legally Responsible Official <br />shall reportan electronic link to its Sewer System Management Planposted on its own <br />website.The due date forsubsequent 6-year Plan updates,issix(6)years from the <br />submittaldueSewer System Management Plan. <br />4.RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS <br />TheEnrolleeshall maintain records to document compliance with theprovisions of this <br />General Order,andprevious General Order2006-0003-DWQ as applicable,for each <br />sanitary sewer systemowned, including any required records generated by an <br />contractor(s). <br />4.1.Recordkeeping Time Period <br />TheEnrolleeshall maintain recordsof documents requiredin this Attachment,including <br />recordscollectedfor compliance with this GeneralOrder, and records collectedin <br />accordance with previous GeneralOrder 2006-0003-DWQ,forfive (5)years. <br />4.2.Availability of Documents <br />TheEnrolleeshall make the records required in this General Orderreadily available, <br />either electronic or hardcopies, for review by Water Board staff during onsite <br />inspections or through an information request. <br />4.3.Spill Reports <br />TheEnrolleeshall maintain records for each of the followingspill-related eventsand <br />activities: <br />Spilleventcomplaint,including but not limited torecords documenting how the <br />Enrolleeresponded to notifications of spills. Each complaint record must, at a <br />minimum, include the following information: <br />o Date, time, and method of notification, <br />ATTACHMENT E1NOTIFICATION,MONITORING,REPORTING <br />AND RECORDKEEPINGREQUIREMENTSDecember 6,2022 <br />E1 -20 <br /> <br />
