Key staff <br />will not be removed or replaced without the prior consent of the City of Santa Ana. <br />KTUA STAFFING PLAN <br />KTUA utilizes the Resource Planning <br />module of Deltek VantagePoint for <br />weekly staff scheduling, allowing us <br />to accurately schedule staff resourc- <br />es with the appropriate experience <br />to meet project deadlines . Staffing <br />responsibilities include: <br />1 . The assigned project manager <br />is involved in the review of the <br />scope, the preparation of the fee <br />and the contract negotiation . <br />2 . The project manager works with <br />the client to develop and validate <br />the overall goals and objectives <br />of the project, as well as identify <br />project issues, requirements, bud- <br />gets, milestones, deadlines, and <br />design parameters . <br />3 . A project schedule is developed <br />by the project manager indicating <br />all submittals and review periods . <br />The QC manager reviews the <br />schedule to assure that adequate <br />time has been allocated for imple- <br />mentation of the quality control <br />process, including review and <br />coordination of consultant work, <br />and corrections and revisions <br />identified in the QC process . <br />4 .
